      • Final selection of overseas trainees is made based on the trainee selection criteria.
      • Orientation is given to the trainees before being dispatched.

    • Training Dispatch
      • Negotiation and Selection of Training Institutions: Negotiating with Training Agencies that best fit training requirements
      • Request for Dispatch: Prepare and submit related documents to the Ministry of Personnel Management

    • Payment of Training Expenses
      • Training expense payment: Tuition, airfare, living expenses

      • Arrival report, regular reports (training progress reports), department designated research project, local life experience reviews, local reports, etc.

    • Conclusion of Training
      • Report on Return to Home Country: After arriving in the country, the trainee should visit the Ministry of Personnel Management to make a report
      • Report of the Training Results: The trainee should submit the training result report to his/her department within 30 days before the end of training (booklet) and upload the report file to the Human Resource Development Information Center of the Ministry of Personnel Management.

    • Mandatory Service
      • Mandatory Service Period: A period of twice as long as the actual dispatch period
      • Refund of training expenses: All or part of the training expenses are required to be refunded if mandatory service period is not complied with.
